Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted via the app or by email to info@takoti.com within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for defective products, order errors, or proven delivery issues. Requests must include supporting evidence (photo or description of the issue).
Process
Once your request is received, our team will review it within 5 business days. You will be notified by email regarding the decision and the refund method (credit to original payment method or voucher).
Exceptions
