Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted via the app or by email to info@takoti.com within 48 hours after receiving your order. -
Eligibility
Refunds are available for defective products, order errors, or proven delivery issues. Requests must include supporting evidence (photo or description of the issue). -

Once your request is received, our team will review it within 5 business days. You will be notified by email regarding the decision and the refund method (credit to original payment method or voucher). -
